Yuhuan Huixiong Machinery Co., Ltd.（Taizhou Yixu Machinery Co., Ltd.） was established in March 2006. It is located in Puqing Industrial Zone, Damaiyu, Yuhuan County, Zhejiang Province. It is close to the port of Damaiyu, with superior geographical location and convenient transportation. The company has 200-1000 tons of cold extrusion production lines, 400-800 tons of warm forging production lines, and several CNC machining production lines. The annual production capacity reached more than 7 million pieces.
The company specializes in the production of three jaw chuck bevel gears (k1180-k11500), auto parts, pneumatic and electric tool parts, road milling machine tool head precision forgings, rotary digging teeth precision forgings, coal pick precision forgings and various cold precision forgings.
Our company has a complete quality management system, and our products are praised by customers as soon as they are launched. After years of efforts, the company has become a domestic professional supplier of chuck bevel gears, high-end road milling teeth, rotary digging teeth and various engineering accessories. Our company currently has 67 staff members, including 3 general managers, 5 technical departments (including 1 senior engineer and 1 intermediate engineer), 4 quality control departments (including 1 physical and chemical senior engineer), 1 finance department, There are 57 people in the production department (12 people in the cold forging workshop, 43 people in the metalworking workshop, 2 people in the hot forging workshop, 6 people in the warm forging workshop); the current testing equipment includes: profiler, imager, metallographic microscope, flaw detector, coaxiality detector , metallographic polishing machine, metallographic cutting machine and conventional measuring tools, etc.; the current production equipment includes a total of 12 hydraulic presses (150T-1000T), more than 70 CNC lathes, 2 general lathes and bench drills and other equipment; all our employees work hard In February 2017, it successfully passed the ISO9001:2008 international quality system certification.
